Tour Participation and General Travel Conditions
These Conditions explain the general rules, safety requirements and respective rights and responsibilities that apply before, during and until completion of a tour or travel service.
1. Scope and applicable documents
These Conditions apply to participants in daily tours, overnight tours, boat tours, nature and cultural excursions, transfers, activities and other travel services arranged or sold by the Company.
Service-specific dates, duration, meeting points, itineraries, included and excluded services and participation conditions are stated on the relevant service page and booking summary.
These Conditions must be read together with the Pre-Contract Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Booking Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Conditions and service-specific information.
2. Suitability for participation
Before booking, participants should review the duration, itinerary, physical difficulty, weather exposure, transport, accommodation and safety requirements of the selected service.
Walking, climbing, uneven terrain, swimming, boating, diving, canoeing, safari or comparable activities may require an appropriate level of health, mobility or physical ability.
Reasonable age, height, weight, swimming-ability, equipment-use or health conditions required for a specific activity will be disclosed on the service page before booking where applicable.
3. Meeting points and punctuality
- Participants must be ready at the specified meeting point sufficiently before departure.
- Departure times may be updated because of traffic, weather, sea or operational conditions.
- Notifications may be sent to the telephone number or email address supplied during booking.
- Participants must keep their contact information current and check pre-tour notifications.
A participant who voluntarily leaves the group during the programme is responsible for their subsequent transport and rejoining arrangements. Unused services are not refunded.
4. Identity and travel documents
Participants are responsible for obtaining and carrying valid identity documents, passports, visas, permissions, parental consents and other official documents required for travel.
- A valid identity document must be carried on domestic tours.
- Passport, visa and entry requirements must be completed in time for international travel.
- Required parental consent must be obtained where a child travels without a parent or legal representative.
- Names on travel documents must correspond with booking information.
Where the Company has not provided incorrect information and is not otherwise at fault, it is not responsible for inability to participate caused by missing, invalid or inaccurate personal travel documents.
5. Health, pregnancy, allergies and accessibility
Health conditions, chronic illness, allergies, pregnancy, disability, mobility restrictions or assistance requirements that may affect safe participation should be disclosed before booking.
Only information necessary for safe and appropriate service planning should be provided. Unnecessary detailed medical reports or unrelated sensitive information should not be sent.
Requirements are evaluated according to the genuine technical capabilities of the service, vehicle, boat, facility and destination. If an essential requirement cannot be met, the participant will be informed before confirmation where possible.
6. Child participants
- Children under 7 participate free of charge in daily and overnight tours.
- Participants aged 7 or over are charged the full advertised participation price.
- Free child participants remain included in vehicle, boat and total participant capacity.
- A booking record must be created for every child.
- The correct date of birth must be supplied and may be verified using an appropriate document.
- Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or legal representative.
- Participation in an activity unsuitable for the child’s age or safety may be restricted.
Optional services outside the advertised standard service, such as a specially requested room or additional bed, may only be charged after their price is disclosed and separately approved.
7. Safety and conduct
Participants must follow safety instructions given by guides, captains, drivers, activity personnel, accommodation facilities and competent authorities.
The following conduct is prohibited:
- Seriously endangering the safety or comfort of others;
- Violence, threats, harassment, abuse or discriminatory behaviour;
- Damaging vehicles, boats, facilities, the environment or cultural heritage;
- Possessing or using prohibited substances;
- Participating while impaired in a manner that creates a safety risk;
- Removing or misusing safety equipment;
- Leaving the group without informing tour personnel.
Participation in an activity may be proportionately restricted where a participant creates a clear and serious safety risk. No refund is provided where removal from the service results from the participant’s unlawful or seriously culpable conduct, subject to mandatory consumer law.
8. Transport and accommodation
Transport
- The type of vehicle or boat is stated on the service page or booking summary.
- Seating arrangements may be determined according to safety and operational requirements.
- Departure and arrival times may change because of traffic, roads, weather or sea conditions.
- Seat belts, life jackets and other safety equipment must be used as instructed.
Accommodation
- The facility, category, location and room arrangement are stated in the booking information.
- Check-in and check-out times remain subject to facility rules.
- Special room, bed, view or floor requests are subject to availability unless expressly confirmed.
- Participants must respect facility rules and other guests.
If a supplier must be replaced for an unavoidable reason, an equivalent or higher-quality service will be provided where reasonably possible. Material changes will be notified and the consumer’s applicable statutory options will be respected.
9. Baggage and personal belongings
Participants are responsible for supervising their baggage and personal belongings. Cash, jewellery, electronic devices, passports, medication and other valuable or essential items should not be left unattended.
- Any baggage limits will be stated on the service page or before departure.
- Flammable, explosive, dangerous, unlawful or prohibited substances are not accepted.
- Participants must not carry unknown packages or items belonging to others.
The Company is not responsible for loss, theft or damage not caused by the fault of the Company or its personnel. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains reserved.
10. Programme and itinerary changes
The order of the programme, times, meeting points, itinerary, vehicle, boat or equivalent supplier may be changed because of safety, weather, sea or road conditions, official decisions or compulsory supplier arrangements.
Reasonable care will be taken not to reduce the essential nature or value of the service. Material adverse changes will be notified through a durable medium as soon as reasonably possible.
For an overnight package tour, where an essential term changes for reasons not attributable to the consumer, the consumer may accept the change or offered alternative, or exercise the statutory right to terminate under the applicable conditions.
11. Participant cancellation and refunds

Cancellation requests must contain the booking holder’s name, reservation number and an unequivocal cancellation statement and must be sent in writing or by a durable medium to oykuislekler@gmail.com .
12. Company cancellation, weather and force majeure
An equivalent or higher-value alternative date or service may be offered only as an option. The consumer is not required to accept the alternative.
Earthquakes, fires, floods, epidemics, war, official decisions, transport closures and comparable events outside the parties’ reasonable control will be evaluated according to their circumstances and mandatory law.
13. Service issues and dispute resolution
Any defect or non-conformity arising during the service should be reported promptly to tour personnel or the Company so that an appropriate remedy can be considered.
The notification should include the reservation number, date, location, explanation and any relevant supporting information.
Subject to annually applicable monetary thresholds, consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence or where the consumer transaction was concluded.
