How to make a tour reservation?
You can make an online reservation through our website, call us by phone, or contact us via WhatsApp.
What are the payment options?
We offer credit card, bank transfer and cash payment options. Installment options are also available for credit cards.
What are the cancellation and refund conditions?
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the tour start date. Cancellation conditions for closer dates are specified in the tour contract.
Can children participate in tours?
Ages 0-2 are free, ages 2-7 get 50% discount, ages 7+ pay full price. Some tours may have age restrictions.
What is included in the tour?
Included services for each tour are specified on the tour detail page. Generally, transportation, guide service and insurance are included.
How are visa procedures handled?
We offer visa consultancy for countries requiring visas on international tours. We also have visa-free tour options.
