You may use this form to submit requests concerning your personal data under Articles 11 and 13 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Information about applications

This form enables the data controller to verify the applicant’s identity and evaluate the request correctly. Please provide only the information necessary to process your application.

Applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt. Where the procedure involves an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

5Preferred response method

Application methods

  • In person: Submit the wet-signed form to Merkez Mah. Uzun Çarşı Sok. No: 5, Kaş / Antalya.
  • Notary or registered post: Send the form to the registered address above, preferably marking the envelope “KVKK Data Subject Application”.
  • Registered email: An email address previously notified to the Company and registered in its systems may be used to contact oykuislekler@gmail.com .
  • Secure electronic or mobile signature: Applications may be submitted using a legally valid secure electronic or mobile signature.
No verified registered electronic mail (“KEP”) address has been published on this page. Applicants should not send sensitive information to an unverified KEP address.

Application procedure

  • The Company may request proportionate additional information or documentation to verify identity and authority.
  • The application will be accepted or rejected with reasons and answered in writing or electronically.
  • If the application is rejected, the response is considered insufficient or no timely response is provided, the applicant may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board within the periods prescribed by Article 14 of the KVKK.

Data security notice

A copy of an identity document should only be submitted where genuinely necessary for verification. If requested, unrelated fields such as the photograph, religion and blood group should be obscured where possible. Never include payment-card passwords, account credentials or unrelated third-party sensitive data.
